When you have various elevations in a house for instant, between sitting room and the living room, design another flowerbox beside the steps, with the length of at least 150cm. and +20cm. higher than the upper space, then hang a fishing net from the ceiling down to the flowerbox and plant lots of eves in it to climb up the net.
