Architecture-----Ghassemee Hi' pals It may seem a bit funny but it's true life cause I'm now doing a job for a friend, very unlikely to what I seem to be specialized in. Right now I'm in Zarand near Kerman, trying to help a friend whom I love very much,and a friend I've earned here whose very dear to me since we've met eachother. The job is to do the civil works for a cokemaking plant to be. The Chinese consultant seems to be confused with the job cause they have a lot of funny mistakes in their designs and their drawings And most of the time with no usefull answers. I better get to say things about concrete structures a bit, but I let to see if your interested or not. You see the harmony in poems? Always try to apply as much harmony as you can in your designs. Then everybody may feel your soft soul. Architecture-----Ghassemee Exterior lighting effects around residential buildings Makes it a warm welcome no matter how little the Effects would be. But it should be done under some main rules: 1-The front entrance should be flooded With more light. 2-There should be more light at the Base of ground floor then fading away up to window sills so it’s better to locate floodlights between the windows and tilt them toward them so you’ll have a wide spread legs which fades first on the window sills and then towards the upper level of windows. Now you may even add a little different color light right between the legs from above. Colors should first match the front view material and their color then somehow consider surroundings and pavements but the best colors for exterior lighting effects are blue, green, pink and yellow beside them little spots of purple won’t harm anybody. Architecture-----Ghassemee Hi, sorry for the long absence I’ve been busy in a site Constructing a labor’s camp (700 capacity 7520 M2) And all in five month so I didn’t have time to attend The net. Now I’m busy with civil works for a coke making factory in Zarand (a small city near Kerman). I’ll manage to add something at least once a week. Best wishes for all Ghassemee

(GOLDEN KEYS – Part 6) Poets use harmony in their poems. Why shouldn’t we do the same? Let’s have harmony in everything we do in paintworks, decorations, walls, ceiling, stairs… As a matter of fact let’s consider synchronization in every details.

(GOLDEN KEYS – part 5) About carpeting I have a silly idea : collect pieces of different color of carpets and use them like a puzzle for the child’s rooms. Take care you use a good adhesive for this and all pieces should be of same type. If the child puts everything in order or not, the room always looks beautiful. If possible put at least a 6 yard Iranian carpet in the middle of living room and sitting room as well (if you could afford, it’d be very stylish).

(Architecture-----Ghassemee)(GOLDEN KEYS – Part 3)You know I was thinking about spiral stairs, they have a good view, especially when they’re inside the building But be careful about the diameter cause it shouldn’t be less than (270 cm.)and let me give you an idea : There are some things that refreshes and makes the body and soul at peace, and they are : 1- Looking at live fishes in an aquarium. 2- Looking at waves at the seaside. 3- Looking at the flames of fire (when camping). 4- Looking at palm leaves when the wind blows them and they begin to dance. 5- The sound of water (like the distance sound of waterfalls). Try these five. Now to provide one of these inside the building: Run a pipe within (10 cm.) of the edge under the spiral stairs, make (2 mm.) holes under the pipe each (3 cm.), build a 3/4th of a circle pool under the stairs (the diameter should be 40 cm. more than the stairs) attach a water pump for the water to circulate. Well you have made a waterfall with little sound that is not disturbing but very peaceful. You can even step more and add colors to water or add color lights behind the waterfall and or under water in the round pool or both. I talk too much but it’s not a dream house I’m talking about, it’s just (Home Sweet Home) that’s all. Thanks for the time you kindly shared.

(Architecture-----Ghassemee)(GOLDEN KEYS – Part 2)It’s much too better if we design at least 3 windows and flower boxes in front of them inside the house and tilt the windows so the sunlight can feed the flowers more, the elevation for the flowerboxes could be (60cm) and try to plant various flowers before the hand over. When you have various elevations in a house for instant, between sitting room and the living room, design another flowerbox beside the steps, with the length of at least 150cm. and +20cm. higher than the upper space, then hang a fishing net from the ceiling down to the flowerbox and plant lots of eves in it to climb up the net.

(Architecture-----Ghassemee) (GOLDEN KEYS) {part 1} Today I was thinking about some tiny details mostly forgotten when Designing a residential building. Golden dimentions for stairs I think Would be 16cm. for highth and not less than 32 for debth and not Less than 110 for width and 0.5 cm. slop for each step. Design a beautiful hood according to the decoration of hall in a corner with a 500 cfm exhaust fan for smokers even if the owner is nonsmoker.

(Architecture-----Ghassemee) Psychology has a strong point of view for colours, proved it in fact, but I'm gonna ask them to make a wide research about (how much can colours have effected the couples who have devorced.I insist that they realy affect our lives . Let's imagine a buss (A bad tempered one) . Redecorate his office specialy change the colours and you'll see what I mean. Just a thought.

(Architecture-----Ghassemee) As a matter of fact almost all of us usualy spend %90 of our time indoors so the interior decoration is a part of our lives . Some people even talk to the elements of it. You won't belive it , look around yourself you have so much memmories looking at every single one. The drawing above the fireplace for instance. What I'm getting to is that lets think of the INTERIOR DESIGN more seriously,more than the exterior, or at least equal to exterior. The painting on walls can be deferent from what is usual.According to the space and the location of walls we may have to do the painting as if we want to talk to the residence Let's make them feel our souls.The beautiful part of us all.
