There's a quote, you may all have heard it """A girl can be your best friend, worst enemy or a b**ch, it depends on how you treat her""" that might be the best quote ever said to men but few people may give it a deep thought!!!
Remember how you treat her from the first moment, you're the one who rises her expectations much more than you can fulfill, be honest with her in every issues you have and you've had, you should consult any matter with her, women can be the best consultant you'd ever find and they're honest enough to say "I don't have any idea about this" when they realize so.
When you start your life with a girl put this in your mind; She has been the princess in his parents house and hasn't been born to be your housemaid!! Let her know she has become the queen of this new house. They're the best for managing the income and expenses. Let them know the truth about everything and enjoy their management in house.
Some say """It's normal for men to want to f***ck every moving thing""" but it's not said for you, maybe for singles but never for you!! so show some sign of this in your behavior and you're f***cked for the rest of your marriage life. A woman has an angel beside an evil within her spirit and it's simply up to you which you wanna wake.
When you start your life with her she automatically starts waking the angel, now she sure needs your assistance to do this. Believe me if you wake the angel you'll always feel you have the most beautiful woman everyone dreams to have so you'd never dare compare anyone with her and the angel fully satisfies all your needs sexually and mentally.

بخاطر داشته باشید که از لحظه اول چگونه با او رفتار میکنید، این شما هستید که توقعات اون رو از حدی که میتونید برآورده کنید بالاتر میبرید، در تمام موارد و موضوعاتی که دارید و داشته اید با او صادق باشید. شما بهتره باهاش در هر رابظه ای مشورت کنید، زنها میتونن بهترین مشاوری باشن که بتونید پیدا کنید و به اندازه کافی صادق هستن که بگن "من هیچ ایده ای در این مورد ندارم" وقتی متوجه بشن
وقتی زندگیتون رو با یه دختر شروع میکنید این رو در ذهن داشته باشید که او در خانه پدری یک پرنسس بوده و زاده نشده که خدمتکار خانه شما بشه!! بگذارید احساس کنه که ملکه این خانه جدید شده. اونها بهترین مدیریت رو در دخل و خرج دارن. بهشون اجازه بدید که حقیقت رو در مورد همه چیز بدونن و سپس از مدیریتشون در خانه لذت ببرید
بعضی میگن """این برای مرد طبیعیه که بخواد هر چیزی رو که راه میره ب***نه""" اما این برای شما گفته نشده، شاید برای مجردها گفته شده باشه و نه شما!! کافیه نشانه هایی از این رفتار از شما دیده بشه که اونوقت خودتون گا***ده میشید برای تمام مدت زندگی مشترکتون. یک زن یه فرشته و یه اهریمن در درونش داره و این بسادگی بستگی به خودتون داره که کدامش رو بیدار کنید
وقتی زندگی رو باهاش شروع میکنید بصورت اتوماتیک خود او شروع به بیدار کردن فرشته وجودش مینه، اینجا اون مطمئنا برای اینکار همکاری و کمک شما رو نیاز داره. باور کنید اگر فرشته درونش رو بیدار کنید همیشه احساس این رو دارید که زیباترین زنی رو که هر کس در رویاهاش میبینه در اختیار دارید به حدی که حتی به خودتون جرات مقایسه اون با زن دیگر رو نمیدید و فرشته تامام نیاز جسمس و فکری شما رو برآورده میکنه
برای همه شما عزیزان آرزو میکنم که در بیدار کردن اون فرشته موفق باشیدحال ممکنه عمیقا به فکر بیوفتید که از این به بعد قصد دارید چگونه باهاش رفتار کنید یا اینکه بسوی فلاکت برید

Advice for men (part 3)

Ginseng, Ginger, Cinnamon, Sesame, Honey, Date extract

1st paste: put 200 grams of ginseng in 1 liter pure water, after boiling for 40 minutes let it cool for 30 minutes then add 500 grams honey mix them well. keep this paste in refrigerator and take 2-3 tablespoon everyday. After a week you'll see the miracle.

2nd paste: put 100 grams of sesame, 3 tablespoon ginger and 1 tablespoon cinnamon in 1 liter of date extract, mix it well then put it on very low heat and stir while cooking. Take it before boiling and let it cool. Keep this paste in room temperature in jar with lid closed. Take 1-2 tablespoon of this paste everyday. This paste starts to show you the changes in 3 days.

Prepare the 1st paste twice a year because it's effect lasts longer.
But the 2nd paste should be made 4 times a year (every 3 months).

معجون اول: 200 گرم جنسینگ را در 1 لیتر آب تصفیه بمدت 40 دقیقه بجوشانید. 30 دقیقه صبر کنید سپس 500 گرم عسل را به آن اضافه کنید و خوب میکس نمایید. این معجون را در یخچال نگهداری کنید و روزانه 2 تا 3 قاشق غذاخوری میل کنید. شما معجزه این معجون را ظرف یک هفته حس خواهید کرد

معجون دوم: 100 گرم کنجد، 3 قاشق غذاخوری زنجبیل و 1 قاشق غذاخوری دارچین را در 1 لیتر شیره خرما خوب مخلوط کرده و روی حرارت خیلی کم به آرامی بپزید. قبل از اینکه معجون به جوش بیاید بردارید، 

اجازه دهید سرد شود.در ظرف شیشه ای درب دار در دمای اتاق نگهداری کنید. روزی 1 تا 2 قاشق غذاخوری از این معجون میل نمایید. این معجون ظرف 3 روز تاثیر خود را به شما نشان خواهد داد

معجون اول تاثیر طولانی مدت دارد و نیازی نست بیش از دو بار در سال آنرا تهیه و مصرف نمایید

اما معجون دوم را هر سه ماه یکبار (4 بار در سال) تهیه و میل نمایید

I told you what to eat before, now I tell you what you shouldn't eat or do!
Try not to drink beer or at least drink that as less as you can.
Never have fennel or eat anything which has fennel in it in any form!!
Fennel weakens your sexual powers.

Never take a shower with hot water, water should be as cold as you can
stand it especially before sex, but you'd better take a hot shower after.

قبلا گفتم چی بایست بخورید، حالا بهتون میگم چی نباید بخورید و یا انجام بدید
سعی کنید آبجو یا دلستر ننوشید یا حداقل تا جایی که میتوانید کمتر بنوشید
هرگز رازیانه را در هر شکلی نخورید یا هر چیزی که دارای رازیانه ست
رازیانه توانایی جنسی شما را به شدت تضعیف میکند

هرگز دوش آبگرم نگیرید، آب بایستی تا جایی که میتوانید تحمل کنید سرد باشد
بخصوص قبل از سکس، اما بعد از آن دوش آبگرم مفید است

This is my first post to share some useful advice for you dears, based on my experiences in life.

To start I'm gonna give men my first advice:
If you want your sex potentials to last longer and be more effective (without delay sprays and erecting pills) you should follow these easy steps:
Start eating shark, squid, crab, lobster and sturgeon from the sea.
Dates, pineapple, mango, coconut, hazelnut, pistachio, almond and fig from the trees.
Camel, Cow, Lamb, Rabbit, Hedgehog, and snake from the ground.
From up in the air, it doesn't matter which you eat but never eat the ****wings****

این اولین بلاگ من برای به اشتراک گذاشتن توصیه های برای شما عزیزان بر اساس تجارب من در زندگیست.

برای شروع قصد دارم اولین توصیه رو برای مردان داشته باشم.

اگر میخواهید توانایی های جنسی شما دوام بیشتر داشته باشه و موثرتر باشه (بدون اسچری های تاخیری و قرص های تحریک کننده) بایستی این قدمهای آسان رو دنبال کنید

خوردن گوشت کوسه، ماهی مرکب یا همون اسکوید، خرچنگ، لابستر و گوشت ماهی های خاویاری از دریا رو شروع کنید

خرما، آناناس، انبه، نارگیل، فندق، پسته، بادام و انجیر از درخت

گوشت شتر، گوساله، بره، خرگوش، خارپشت و مار از زمین

از مرغان فرقی نمیکنه کدام رو بخورید ولی هرگز ****بال**** نخورید

General designing comment: Finishing schedules for building one designs is usually modified by the construction team during work, according to several reasons which could be avoided by considering a few major factors that are usually ignored, for instance: the geographical location , climate , local culture , domestic building materials , owner's system and usage of the building and their habits. The designer must have adequate knowledge about the above mentioned factors, insufficient knowledge provides the construction team with the reasons to modify the design and nothing else.

But in the above pictures, as you see, he has columns with no skirting on the floor. He could at least have a 10cm. copper plate for skirting which matched the colors as well.

It seems that the architect is going to do a good job for the columns like the one in the above picture, as there is electric wire on the floor, I assume he wants to work a skirting with lights in it. This will look fine.

As you see in the above picture: When you enter, the first thing that catches your eyes on the floor is flowerboxes that are filled with scallop shells and just in the same level with the floor !? I have a comment on this: Why is the surface of flowerboxes leveled with floor in a shopping center, where people looking at the shops might not mention and find themselves inside them? Why should you fill them with scallop shells when you're in a seaside city? Why not plant flowers in them? Why wouldn't you build them in a higher level? And then you could have it with a round shape that matches the design.

Architecture-----Ghassemee Last night I visited a newly finished shopping center and I thought it better be said something about the job. I begin from the entrance: As you approach the building you'll face a couple of steps to climb reaching the entrance, seating on the first step are 2 round columns but with rectangular 60cm. skirting with sharp edges to be watched and 2 flowerboxes on the both sides, again rectangular with sharp edges to be aware of (40 cm. high). In the middle with 3 meters wide different color steps are worked 2cm. out that are not made by 10cm. thick stones but tried to look like it by sticking 2cm. thick stones in front of the steps which in a short time some pieces have fallen and revealed the trick. I think the base of columns and front of flowerboxes could be round, which would make it look much nicer. When you climb up the steps on both sides is a round tall glass to enable you see the first shops but in the left side, glass is from the floor and on the other side you'll see 25cm. skirting below the glass of window. You see, we are ignoring some details that are ruining this art.

Architecture-----Ghassemee In a way I say I'm sorry and the other I may be excused for this long absence cause it's all because of projects, but I'm free enough now to write something. I begin with architecture matters which I love so much. Almost all architects looking at a building give points to the architects involved in designing and executing the job but only a few may observe the work carefully focusing on the minor and tiny details of the job, almost pass their eyes carelessly paying no attention to big mistakes in details and that's because our eyes is used to seeing such mistakes more and more as time goes by. What I'm getting to is that bad done details are getting so much that our eyes are getting used to seeing them and the result is ignoring them more and more nowadays. Let's attend tiny details while construction before they ruin this art. Wish you all the best Ghassemee

Architecture-----Ghassemee (Concrete Admixtures) In order to have long lasting concrete I recomand you use Bitumen Emulsions or Primers to coat 2 layers on the outer surface below ground level and even 20cm. above ground.

(Concrete Addmixtures) Concrete additives have indeed more benefits than they cost you expences. The first one to be used is microcilis which will double concrete life and compressive strength as well. Nowadays most don’t think they would do without it and unfortunately some don’t know it yet. The second to be used is a super plasticiser. Which I highly insist on and exceeds 30% to compressive strength and help water consumption along more flowability. Architecture-----Ghassemee

Concrete Structures First of all I’d better have a few words about Excavation and that is If we’re going to excavate down to a level, i.e. -2.50, I think its better to stop it at -2.30 and do the rest manually. So we’d have a better bedding for the lean concrete that with less compaction would give you a more reliable surface. The next step is the Lean concrete which would be better to be done using ( C15 ) concrete although it is just a layer to separate soil from the elements of the structure. Next you’ll be doing the Bar bending which I advise you to put precast concrete pieces with the thickness (5~7 cm.) under the steel bars on the lean concrete and also allow this much concrete to cover on top of bars and in your calculations it really is better to multiply the above loads by 1.5 for better confidence and more reliability. It doesn’t really cost more than it does. I would be saying more in the days to come and they would be about structure till I’d be satisfied and think its enough. Ghassemee

Architecture---- CONCRETE INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES Hi, Pals Structural drawings may be rough but it has its own miscellaneous Details which I’m sure they’re worthy to be paid attention to: First of all it’s not a house I’m gonna write about it’s a coke making Plant and the reason is because I’m tied to it at the present. In my previous works I’ve earned the trust by executing the project Exactly by the scheduled timing and I’m proud of that, but in this Project I’m afraid cause there are two walls of misfortune I’m Facing, although there’s a powerful support whom the owners’ Project manager he is, but after I explain the two walls you’ll judge My situation and be so kind enough to let me know: ghassemee@hotmail.com The first wall is the foreign consultant and supervisor who are Chinese ( the country I love so much ) In a way they act confusingly by their drawings and so called letters of recommendations I don’t know if they refer to read their previous letters when they’re gonna send another it’s even funny sometimes when you compare the sayings in the letters I’ll pay to those later on but in case you’ll Promise not to laugh but have pity for me. The other is the Iranian consultant which in such a situation is full of ignorance. One thinks as if they don’t really have the decision to Finalize the project. I can say the amount of each day’s work all these people do (about 20 people) can be done by two and of course very better. These are the reasons why I’ll be writing about concrete structure in my next few posts. Wish you all the good Ghassemee

Architecture-----Ghassemee Hi' pals It may seem a bit funny but it's true life cause I'm now doing a job for a friend, very unlikely to what I seem to be specialized in. Right now I'm in Zarand near Kerman, trying to help a friend whom I love very much,and a friend I've earned here whose very dear to me since we've met eachother. The job is to do the civil works for a cokemaking plant to be. The Chinese consultant seems to be confused with the job cause they have a lot of funny mistakes in their designs and their drawings And most of the time with no usefull answers. I better get to say things about concrete structures a bit, but I let to see if your interested or not.
